Should be asleep arleady. Think tomorrow will be a looooong day. Let's hope it is a fun one. After xmas I really must try to stick to better eating habits. I am trying at the moment but keep failing dismally. Need to take myself to some gym classes too!

Yes. It would be nice to think that we could shield them from it and let them enjoy innocence, but our world isn't like that and it is better that they understand the potential consequences of their actions, and feel that it is ok to discuss anything that they find confusing, than going into puberty with misconceptions or no understanding.

Sad but true, in the modern world they are going to be exposed to it anyway, best they understand the risks.
